At RR & CDZ Nursery, our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our wholesale customers.  Please review our sales terms below to understand our policies and procedures.

We are a wholesale nursery serving plant brokers, landscapers, architects, contractors, retail nurseries, growers, and other industry professionals.

All sales are by appointment only, ensuring personalized attention and efficient service.

All pricing is subject to availability, market conditions, and order volume.  Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.  Taxes and fees may apply where applicable.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order.  Once confirmed, cancellations or modifications may incur fees, depending on the stage of preparation.

Payment Options: We accept payments via check, ACH transfer, or credit card.  A 3.65% convenience fee is added to all credit card transactions.
Payment Schedule: Payment is due in full before plants leave our nursery unless prior terms have been arranged.

Delivery: Delivery options are available for an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss delivery logistics, scheduling, offloading requirements, and associated costs. Deliveries include a 90-minute offload window. Standby time is billed at $175 per hour in 15-minute increments.

Pickup: Orders are available for pickup by appointment only. Customers are responsible for providing suitable transportation, adequate dunnage, and proper load securement materials. Customers are also responsible for ensuring their transport complies with all applicable plant handling and protection standards. Dunnage furnished by RR+CDZ Nursery will be billed at $20 per 4' x 4' x 8' timber. Tarp rentals are available for $100 each and must be returned by the following business day.

Once plants leave our nursery, all responsibility transfers to the buyer.  Plant Health Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our plants.  All plants are inspected prior to delivery or pickup to ensure they meet our high standards.  Due to the nature of living plants, we cannot guarantee survival once plants leave our nursery, as environmental and care conditions vary widely.
