Sales Terms & Conditions

Terms of Sale – All new accounts will be on a C.O.D basis. Check, cash or credit cards will be accepted. Ongoing credit terms are available as determined by management.
 

Conditions - Roadrunner and Casa Del Zorro Nursery guarantees all nursery stock to be in good condition at time of shipment. After the material has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery, improper handling, planting or exceptional weather. All claims must be made at the time of delivery. We also reserve the right to refuse any material returned for credit.  However, if the material is in good condition, we may accept material for credit subject to a 25% restocking charge.
 

Quotes and Hold Orders – Prices are subject to change without notice so please contact the Sales Department for current pricing prior to placing an order. All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax if a resale permit has not been provided. Quotes are firm for a period of thirty days. Pricing is specific for each individual quote. Orders to be held longer than sixty days will require a nonrefundable deposit equal to 25% of the quoted sale.
 

Deliveries – All orders are F.O.B. Borrego Springs, California. 
 

Warranty – Roadrunner and Casa Del Zorro Nursery gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the variety or repoductiveness of any plant material sold. Any liability, if determined, is limited in all cases to the original purchase price.
